CDC-SL is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization (Your contributions are tax deductible) established in the United States of America for the purpose of developing viable, affordable and sustainable housing through home ownership; therefore vitalizing our neighborhoods and communities to promote self-sufficiency!
Within the next few years we will turn dreams of owning a home a reality. Whether you want to own a cottage, high-rise or mansion, we will help you make the move into a community similar to what you have always dreamt about or accustomed to but even better.
Our cadre of experts are professionally trained and ready to serve your every need to make your dreams come true whether living in Sierra Leone or overseas; but nonetheless have plans to return after what seem to have being(been) an extended stay overseas. We will guarantee quality in all our work, provide you with excellent service, deliver your home within your budget and above all, proudly hand you the keys to your personal residence on time and with dignity.
Ultimately, we will create high quality buildings, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We will offer a wide range of engineering services - from planning and program development, through design and construction documents, to on-site inspection.
